Creating a New Radio Space.

Hakt radio was an ingenious idea. Identify and track songs playing on the airwaves and deliver to a users device. I worked side by side with our developers (sometimes literally), to create a positive space that was easy to use, featured robust tools and contained options for user customization. Doing a lot of research on a crowded space gave a lot of insight into how the competition was utilizing their platform.

I took notes on how they accomplished their tasks and user flow and started mapping out how Hakt users would use the platform. Creating a roadmap for the usability coupled with some gamification techniques lead to a sharp platform on mobile, desktop and web based solutions.
