Directing New Users to Healthier Living

Developing a “heroes path” for new user engagement was a challenge. The online portal is offered by employers to aid people with medical problems and addictions, which is the last thing you want your employer to know about. Providing information to the potential user while continually stressing the fact the portal remains anonymous was paramount.

I worked with our community coaches, who worked closely with the members, to craft marketing/invitational pieces that resonated well with the member base. I also developed a “homework” card which was a checklist of activities to accomplish that encouraged ling-term engagement with the platform and its programs.
